A wide range of musical styles and instruments will bring DeVos Hall in Grand Rapids alive when HopeCollege presents its 22nd annual Musical Showcase concert on Monday, March 1, at 8 p.m.
Hope College students take the stage for this fast-paced, musical spectacular, during which audience members hear everything from opera to jazz.

The concert unveils the gifts of all Hope College's major musical groups, along with soloists, chamber groups and small ensembles.
° Violin solos will include Alec Norkey performing Niccolo Paganini's "Caprice No. 16"; Luke Panning performing "Sally Goodin," a traditional fiddle piece; and Katherine Genzink performing Camille Saint Saens' "Danse Macabre." Performing "Allergro from Sonata Op/3 No. 2" will be Luke Panning and Katherine Genzink.
° Piano solos include Sally VanderPloeg performing Claude Debussy's "Les Collines d'Anacapri," Brent Smith performing Sergei Rachmaninoff's "Polichinelle Op. 3 No. 4," and Kristi VanDyke performing Frederic Chopin's "Fantasy- Impromptu.
