Agron's father's family is originally from Russia, and their original surname, Agronsky, was altered by Ellis Island officials.Her father was born Jewish and her mother conversion to Judaism. Early Life
Dianna Elise Agron was born on April 30th 1986 in Savannah, Georgia and is the daughter of Ronald and Mary Agron. Her father surname is in fact “Agronsky” (from Russia) but was altered by Ellis Island officials. She has a brother, Jason, who is three years younger and they are very close.
Her father being a general manager for the Hyatts Hotels, she moved several times, lived in Texas for sometimes, before her family established in Burlingame, in the San Francisco suburb.
She attended the Burlingame High School while teaching dancing lessons at the same time to earn money. She has been dancing since the age of three, first classic, then Modern Jazz and finally Hip-Hop. She graduated with honors and we know that she was particularly good in the literature field. At 18, she decides to move to LA and thanks to the money of her dancing lessons, settles in a one room studio, then takes acting classes.
